To say just that Will Gary is experienced in commercial real estate is to sell him short. Described by clients and
peers as "direct, creative, organized, and professional", he possesses a diverse business background. This gives him
what Christopher P. Gallo of KPMG Peat Marwick calls, "that rare quality of both detail and 'big picture' real estate
expertise."
With top-notch real estate experiences previously at Cushman & Wakefield, Frederick Ross Company, Iliff, Thorn & Company and CoRE Partners, combined with national brand advertising and marketing experience at Benton & Bowles and Richardson-Vicks, Will has the talent to discover the little things about a client's operation that he says, "seem unrelated to real estate initially, but benefit them in the end."
A perfectionist, Will prides himself in finding imaginative and effective solutions to problems. "He has a reputation of getting the job done, and done right," says Phil Dunne, Executive Director of the Texas Medical Foundation.
Will has received many honors in advertising and real estate. He received "Creative Deal of the Year" while at Cushman & Wakefield for a lease with Pet Expo, a pet superstore. The Flick Report named him to their "All-Star Line-Up" for transactions totaling 236,345 square feet. He has been a Broker in Austin, Texas and in Colorado.
"Will came to our rescue . . . His professional negotiating skills enabled us to gain more space than we previously had at a lower rental rate, and turned what I considered a nightmare into a somewhat painless experience," says Robert A. Miller, President of Robert Miller Advertising.
Performing at high levels for his clients is not new to Will. He attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas on academic scholarships and graduated with honors in Economics and with an M.B.A. He also earned an M.I.M. with highest honors at the American Graduate School of International Management, more commonly known as Thunderbird.
When Will relaxes you can find him at concerts at the Denver Botanical Gardens and Swallow Hill Music Association, or
spinning down the road with the Denver Bicycle Touring Club and Colorado HeartCycle or racing at the Cherry Creek Time
Trials.
