no cost to you. These interior architects deliver a much higher level
of service than typical landlord-side space planners. They provide
a thorough space program, accurate "test fits", complete
keyed notes on the preliminary pricing plan & comprehensive construction
drawings. Instead of using the Landlord's own space planner, we can
typically convince the Landlord to pay for the space planner of your
choice to produce these preliminary space plans & construction drawings.
- We obtain flexible lease terms.
Whenever possible, we negotiate options for you to expand, contract, renew, sublet and cancel, so that you can have
"flexibility" when your operations change.
- We can arrange for experienced Tenant & Buyer representation oriented legal
services.

important legal issues are overlooked.
