With world-class experiences at Cushman & Wakefield Austin, Frederick Ross Company (now Newmark), Iliff, Thorn & Company (now CBRE), CoRE Partners and MacLaurin Stewart, Will has honed his craft in the rough arena of commercial real estate. Before commercial real estate, Will worked in New York City in national brand advertising at Benton & Bowles (now Publicis) and as a brand manager in consumer packaged goods marketing at Richardson-Vicks (now Procter & Gamble) in Wilton, Connecticut.
Will has the questioning, listening and analytical skills to discover the little, but critical things about a Client’s operations that make a huge difference in the outcome of its projects to secure the best workspaces under the optimum terms and conditions.

Will has received many honors in advertising and real estate. He received Creative Deal of the Year while at Cushman & Wakefield Austin for an unusual 37,000 SF Flex building lease with Pet Expo, a pet superstore. He is a licensed Commercial Broker in both Texas and Colorado.

Performing at high levels for his Clients is not new for Will. He earned academic scholarships to Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas, and graduated with honors in Economics and an MBA in Marketing. Will also earned a Master of International Management (MIM) with highest honors at the prestigious Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona, now a graduate business school unit of Arizona State University (ASU).
MacLaurin Williams gives back to the community, having completed pro bono Tenant Rep projects for non-profits such as Family Resource Center Association, Colorado Preservation, Inc., Bicycle Colorado, Al-Anon Service Center and a start up Montessori charter school.
